All students bringing motor vehicles on campus are required to secure and display a Lincoln College parking permit. Residential parking permits will be orange; faculty/staff/commuter permits will be light blue. There is no charge for the permit; however, a parking permit registration form must be completed in full and submitted to the Academic Building front desk during normal operational hours, or else at the Security Office between the hours of 8 p.m. 6 a.m. within the first two weeks of the semester. This must also be done any time a student wishes to register a new or different vehicle in order to receive the appropriate parking permit.

This permit must then be displayed in the lower right (passenger) side of the front windshield in order to be valid. Non-student visitors who wish to park on campus property after 10:00pm must request a temporary parking permit from the Security Office or they will be towed at the owner’s expense. Lincoln College is not responsible for items stolen/damaged from student vehicles and recommends locking doors when leaving cars unattended.

Students understand and agree that the College may ask to inspect or search their vehicle for purposes of protecting student health and safety, protecting College property, or to provide or protect a sound educational environment.

Non-student visitors may not park in the residential parking lot. Commuter students may not park in the residential parking lot after 10:00pm on weekdays and not at all on weekends.

Parking permits may be revoked for violating College policies; any federal, state, or local laws or ordinances; or for failure or refusal to make vehicles available for inspection upon reasonable request by the College. Unauthorized parking in designated areas (i.e. college vehicle parking, handicap parking, etc.) can result in towing of the vehicle(s) in question at the discretion of residential and student Life staff.
